new 2 tri
Big Island Triathlon Adventures' New 2 Tri 6-week programs are designed specifically to meet the needs of people looking at getting a baseline fitness through a training regime including discussions on health, wellness and nutrition.

Our New 2 Tri programs can be a wonderful way to lead on to our Intermediate programme when athletes are ready to progress.
INTERMEDIATE
Big Island Triathlon Adventures' Intermediate programs are perfect for athletes who have some experience in triathlon and are looking to up the ante on training and look at new and varied ways of staying fit, healthy and happy.

Month by month : can start at any time of year.

Athletes can be based anywhere

Our Intermediate programs include advice on health, wellness and nutrition, and focus on a swim-bike-run is baseline and will include strength and conditioning along with videos of swim drills. Contact for our Olympic and Half Distance/70.3 intermediate athletes will be via Training Peaks, emails, and (if required) phone or Zoom
GOING THE FULL DISTANCE
Full on training for full distance events! Well, not for a while so why not look at things from a new perspective.....different, challenging, rewarding. And, once the gun goes, you will be ready to go.
Big Island Triathlon Adventures' customised, one-on-one Going the Full Distance programs are exclusively designed to meet the needs of experienced athletes, and suit individuals using Training Peaks.
Going the Full Distance programs are one-on-one and customised to the requirements of each athlete. Choose from a 14 Week, 18 Week, or 24 Week training programme.
